Three course components are held away from Common Leys Farm Campus: Day trip to Bristol Veterinary College Equine Unit  Depending on their staff availability, this can include such things as:  lectures /  tour of the equine hospital / case study discussions / diagnostic procedures / observation of surgical procedures / tour of the small animal unit Day trip to the Hartpury Equine College Therapy Unit Depending on their staff availability, this can include such things as:  tour and discussion of the rehab unit /  presentation of the tread mill / presentation of the water tread mill /  lecture and demonstration by the resident osteopath  Two half day trips to the local RDA centre This is a field-work element of the practical side of the course, for further practise and assessment of the skills taught ● ● ● www.ocept.info Oxford College of Equine Physical Therapy OCEPT
